שירי סימון וגורפינקל הם כבר כמו שירי הביטלס אוצר לדורות. אך לא ברור מדוע זוג יהודים שרים לגב' רובינסון שישו אוהב אותה. הרי ברור לפי השם רובינסון שהיא יהודייה אז למה לה את ישו? אמנם ישו היה יהודי אך הוא מסמל את הנצרות שפרשה מהיהדות וניסתה למחוק את היהדות. אז למה לגב' רובינסון את ישו? למה הם שרים ככה?
